Greg Nichvalodoff is the founder of Inscape Leadership and a seasoned executive coach with over 20 years of experience and more than 9,500 billable hours of helping leaders and organizations navigate complexity, strengthen their leadership presence, and drive sustainable performance.

With a background as a former CEO and COO, Greg brings firsthand insight into the pressures executives face. He’s known for his practical, no-fluff coaching style that blends emotional intelligence, behavioral assessment tools, and leadership strategy to create real transformation—both for individuals and their teams.
